What ever happened to the days of radio dramas? I suppose the TV has come along and taken away the need for those, and only the public broadcasters seem to find any need for them these days. Speaking of which, back in August, the BBC ran a commissioned radio play based on the Pink Floyd album “Dark Side Of The Moon” called “Darkside” and from all accounts, it was awesome.
Anyways, that goes on sale this week over here in CD form and through a digital download, and if it turns out to be a money making idea, you have to wonder why the private companies don’t consider doing stuff like this.
